INGREDIENTS:
350 g frozen wild berries
2 apples
100 g grapes (seedless)
3 tablespoons agave nectar
2 tablespoons oat flakes
1 cup ice cubes
PREPARATION:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
* Cut fruit into smaller pieces before blending if necessary.
