Coconut-Banana Shake

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 bananas

Juice from 1 lemon

½ cup of unsweetened multivitamin juice

½ cup of coconut milk, 1 cup of soy milk

1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup

2 tablespoons of organic coconut flour (for decoration)

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until they become creamy drink. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with coconut flour.
